Your main tasks as Operations Support with us will be:
- Order management
- Book transports
- Prepare materials for picking operations
- Customs handling
- Work actively on improvement processes
- Report and manage deviations
- Establish and update work instructions
As a person, we would like to see that you:
- Are flexible and service-oriented both internally and to the customer
- Take great personal responsibility regarding improvements and problem-solving
- Are clear in your communication internally and externally
- Master English and Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
- Have a good understanding of our internal processes
We place great importance on your personal qualities. You need to be flexible, driven, and self-motivated. You should also be able to work in teams and have good social skills.
