Roles and Responsibilities of an Operations Staff:

  1. Managing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth movement of shipments within the hub (in house work).
  2. Ensure accurate sorting of shipment based on the destination and product.
  3. Scanning the shipments
  4. Loading and unloading vehicles, manage the flow of goods at the loading docks.
  5. Following established guidelines for handling shipments, safety protocols, and quality standards
