Operations Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational activities such as data entry, tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries using Excel or other tools.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational records.
- Support ongoing projects focused on process optimization or digitalization.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation control.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or team leads.
Skills & Requirements:
- Current full-time bachelor's degree student in Year 3 or Year 4 (logistics-related preferred but not required)
- Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period, with availability of at least 3 days per week
