Pay Rate: £32,000-£33,000 Grade: N Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Location: Birmingham

We're now looking for an Operational Planner!

A typical day may involve:

• Responsible for monitoring and updating of supplier volumes and booking of associated transport with a view to identifying and creating cost savings by creating co-loads and general Dynamic Planning logic
• Monitor and update supplier volumes on daily basis to look for possible cost savings via use of co-loads or part load cost reductions
• Support Dynamic and Agile Teams by arranging own co-loads and supporting other team members
• Maintain relationships in order to meet program, transit and cost requirements
• Provide support to Planning Team to advise of any Planning concerns which may cause any risk to customer production

This role would suit people who:

• Operational Planning Background
• IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages, Excel.
• Experience with OTM would be beneficial
• Ideally experience within Freight / Automotive would be beneficial
