Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored logistics solutions.
Ensure operational excellence and service quality for customers.
Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and market positioning.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, IT) to deliver customer projects.
Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in account management or sales within logistics/supply chain industry.
Proven track record in managing large, complex accounts and delivering growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
Fluent in English (and local language preferred).
