Position Objective:

Lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of TMS (Oracle Transportation Management) solutions for Last Mile Delivery operations, ensuring operational continuity, successful launches of new operations, and stability of the existing business, through proper project management, changes, and business adoption.

Main Activities:

• Lead and execute implementation projects of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) in Last Mile Delivery environments (on-premise and cloud). • Coordinate launches of new operations, ensuring technological readiness, testing, and post go-live stabilization. • Manage project scope, timelines, and dependencies aligned with business needs. • Manage planned and unplanned changes through official Change Management processes and tools. • Execute and coordinate functional, comprehensive, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Analyze, document, and resolve system incidents, errors, or deviations. • Coordinate with internal areas (Operations, Transportation, Solution Design, Infrastructure, Quality). • Work with regional/global IT teams and external vendors. • Ensure complete documentation of the solution (functional design, flows, tests, approvals).

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (essential). • Intermediate English for interaction with global teams. • 3+ years of experience in IT, preferably in: • Implementation and support of TMS. • Projects in Last Mile Delivery / Transportation. • Launches of logistics operations. • Experience in operational environments. Technical Knowledge (Essential / Desirable) • Oracle Transportation Management (OTM on-premise and/or OTM Cloud). • Transportation and distribution processes (planning, execution, settlement). • Project Management. • Change Management. • Integrations with other platforms (ERP, WMS, carriers). • Functional and process documentation.
