Qualifications: Must-Have (Requirements)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics (Experience in LSHC is an asset)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
Strong command of MS Office programs, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, reporting)
Customer-focused approach with the ability to transform needs into solutions
2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with support functions
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction
Excellent follow-up and tracking ability to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Knowledge of quality, GMP, and GDP standards in Life Science & Healthcare operations
