Responsibilities
- Compile customer's daily and weekly report (eg. Import duty, payment summary, etc.)
- Follow-up on order taken and advise customer on their shipment status and details immediately upon receiving shipment details.
- Coordinating with the trucking operators and to suffice customer's requirements.
- Recognize customer's problem and primary resolve them to achieve satisfaction.
- Engage the help of other sections if necessary to resolve the problems.
- Handle customer's complaints, claims, disputes cases and feedback to supervisor or related parties for corrective action.
- Ensure proper documentation is present for efficient follow up.
- Highlight, update or response any irregularities or problems to supervisor or manager for corrective action.
- Preparing the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Customer Invoices and others related to the export shipments.
Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
Requirements
Logistics Management or related field 0-2 years in Logistics or Administration Jobs Fair command of English, workable computer literacy
Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Product knowledge
