What You'll Do:

• Support the design and implementation of IT and process solutions for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with ITS Service Desk, Business Unit IT, and cross-functional teams to solve system-related issues (e.g., WMS) and improve operational processes.
• Assist in process improvement projects, helping to standardize workflows and create documentation.
• Act proactively and customer-focused, supporting the resolution of incidents efficiently.
• Contribute to IT change management and support new site start-ups, helping in the transfer of knowledge and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, IT, Management, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and interest in logistics processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and Italian.
