Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers to grow the domestic eCommerce and logistics business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions that align with DHL's capabilities.
  • Manage a designated sales territory or portfolio, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy new services and solutions in the local market.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers, ensuring continued alignment and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Deliver professional presentations and proposals to decision-makers at all levels within customer organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or delivery services.
  • Proven track record in new business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging customers at senior levels.
  • Solid understanding of domestic logistics and delivery operations, particularly within the B2B segment.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
