Manage strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring the execution of global/regional plans and achieving business objectives through effective coordination and solutions aligned with sector strategy.
Manages relationship of a defined number of customers and prospects in particular sectors (serves as primary contact for the customer; coordinates the account e.g. with related stakeholders)
Contract management process understanding and execution
Ensures that Key Account activities are aligned with global/regional sector strategy
Delivers the regional and/or country customer budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance and proactive thinking
Works on regional customer initiatives and for implementing global business plan contents
Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (Standart Operating Procedures etc)
Updates Regional Customer Managers and executive sponsors at regular intervals, ensuring they have an awareness of business critical issues
Executes global/regional sector strategy on country level
Manages relationship with key stakeholders in global as customer point of contact on country level
Minimum 5 years global customer management experience & sales background is strongly required
Good understanding of logistic industry and knowledge on DGF product and business models; experience with customers
High level of negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders
Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships
Good command in English and Spanish both in written and spoken
Well-developed communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
Self-motivated and teamwork oriented
