Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applications, including issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Perform system probing and monitoring to identify root causes of operational or system-related issues
- Act as the first point of contact for system incidents, escalating unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support where necessary
- Support daily warehouse operations by ensuring system availability and minimal downtime
- Maintain and monitor inventory data accuracy within the system, including stock discrepancies and reconciliation support
- Analyze and track product movement, storage patterns, and inventory trends
- Support space and capacity planning, ensuring optimal warehouse utilization
- Assist in volume projection and forecasting analysis to support operational planning
- Generate and maintain operational and system reports (KPIs, dashboards, incident logs)
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in warehouse/logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar operational systems
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Experience in system troubleshooting and incident management (L1 support)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
