We're now looking for an Inventory Merchandiser to:

A typical day may involve:

• Organize and position inventory within the warehouse according to pre-agreed standards. This involves full understanding of the customer requirements and the makeup of the customer ordering patterns.
• Liaising with Inventory Manager regarding the layout of the inventory and making suggestions on improvements on positioning of stock, shelving capacity and any bespoke layout requirements.
• Monitoring of high spike volumes to ensure that product is positioned in the most efficient position to enhance productivity. Trend analysis on high picked products, low picked products and reposition accordingly.
• Attending and engaging with the customer on upcoming promotions, stock builds, flash sales & stock clearances to ensure product placement is optimized.
• The main differences are a merchandiser will look at the placement of stock, movement around the layout as per seasonality and promotions whereas an Inventory clerk will count the inventory, complete investigations, problem solve, find missing stock, complete inventory reports and general inventory duties.

This role would suit people who:

• Have previous stock and admin experience
• Have implementation of stock experience (start up)
• Have previous data use
• Have previous Microsoft Office experience
