Internal Communications Manager – CEO Office
As the Internal Communications Manager you will lead the DHL Global Forwarding regional internal communications function. Translate Divisional Communications & Engagement Lead internal communications across US and Canada, translating the DGFF global strategy into regional activation in line with local strategic priorities.
Own the region's digital communication platforms, editorial planning, frontline communication routines and content quality. Coordinate and enable a regional network of Smart Connect editors, ensuring consistent standards, measurable performance and alignment with the divisional narrative.
Scope:
- Region: NORAM North America (US + Canada)
- Structure: Individual contributor, reporting into CEO Program Office
- Network responsibilities: Smart Connect editors and station-level communication champions
- Interfaces: Regional CEO, Regional Functions Product/Sector leads, Country Heads, Global Comms & Engagement, Corporate Communications

Key Requirements and Skills:
- 7 + years in internal communications, strategic corporate communications or related field.
- Prior experience in a global or large-scale organization, preferably logistics, supply chain, or transportation
- Proven track record of managing executive-level communications
- Solid experience creating publications, newsletters, press releases, campaigns and other visual communications
- Knowledge of communication mediums
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business
- Master's degree or professional certifications is a plus
- Ability to develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with CEO and corporate vision
- Outgoing, driven, upbeat, and resourceful personality!
Pay Range: $79,777.50 - $106,370.00+ (Based on Experience)
