Location: Head office, Santiago
Purpose: To support the sales team in administrative tasks related to customer quotes, with the aim of optimizing the sales process and improving customer satisfaction.
Main functions during the internship:
- Support in the production of BRR (Business Rate Request) for customer quotes.
- Follow up on proposals sent to clients.
- Collaborate in the Soft Shipping process in SPOTS.
- Keep the database of quotes and proposals updated.
- Assist in the preparation of follow-up reports for the sales team.
- Other assigned tasks in the sales support area.
Requirements:
- Students of careers related to Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields in the internship period.
- Ease of use of Microsoft Office and learning to handle systems.
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Intermediate English.
