Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.
You should be passionate about leveraging data to drive sales performance and business intelligence. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights to enable strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making frameworks. Key responsibilities include:
Business Acumen: Ability to analyze annual reports, understand sales strategies, and extract key data points relevant to performance management.
Educational Background: Pursuing or holding a BS or MS in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
Programming Expertise: Knowledge and understanding of languages such as Python, Spark, and SQL.
Proficiency in BI Tools: Proven experience and deep understanding of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other data visualization platforms.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Skilled in identifying trends, building dashboards, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
Automation and Reporting: Adept at automating processes and creating repeatable workflows to improve efficiency in sales reporting.
