Internship Opportunity In Airfreight Department

This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in the Airfreight Department. During this internship, your daily job scope consists of different areas within the department of Airfreight.

Responsibilities include:

• Overall in charge for the day-to-day operations for both systems as well as physical operation.
• Responsible to drive the team towards achieving customer target/KPI and expectations.
• Attend and respond to all issues (via e-mails or written correspondences pertaining to warehouse operation and to ensure all queries are attended to.
• To prepare and ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted promptly and correctly.
• Responsible for daily planning of the operations.
• To gather and check all required documentation and reports prepared by subordinates.
• To ensure that prompt feedback from subordinates regarding any work-related problems/issues encountered.
• To ensure that any other work-related duties given is completed within the specified timeline.
• To ensure compliance to customers and others relevant authorities and operating instructions.
• To ensure two-way communication with management level.
• To manage, monitor, and ensure proper filing for the job completed.
• To achieve a good result in internal & external audits.
• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.

To be successful in this internship, these are the requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain. March 2026 onwards.
• It will be an advantage if you have previous experience dealing with customers.
• Being able to write and speak professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• This internship location is at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

We welcome students with at least 4-6 months internship to apply with us! Successful candidates will be provided internship allowance on a monthly basis.
