You will work closely with the HR team and contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes, payroll, and personnel administration, directly impacting how HR activities are managed daily.
Your role will include:
1–3 years of experience in payroll or personnel administration (experience in a multinational company is an advantage);
Solid knowledge of labor and payroll legislation;
Ability to interpret and apply legislative changes;
Experience with payroll and HR systems;
Use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel – medium level (working with tables, formulas, checks);
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality of data;
Analytical thinking and good prioritization skills;
Proactivity and responsibility in the process;
Good communication skills and team spirit;
You are open to inter-departmental collaboration;
You communicate well in English, both written and spoken;
You want to develop in the area of payroll and personnel administration.
