What You Will Do In This Role

You will work closely with the HR team and contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes, payroll, and personnel administration, directly impacting how HR activities are managed daily.

Your role will include:

  • Support in the payroll process, in compliance with current legislation;
  • Correctly interpreting legislative changes and applying them in the payroll process;
  • Preparing, updating, and managing personnel files;
  • Preparing and issuing certificates and specific documents;
  • Updating employee information in HR systems;
  • Managing different types of contracts (full-time, part-time, fixed-term);
  • Collaborating with the external payroll provider (Charisma) and inter-departmental teams;
  • Preparing documentation for internal and external audits;
  • Archiving and managing documents according to legal and internal requirements;
  • Managing documents in compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
  • Working with attendance (shifts, overtime, various types of allowances);
  • Providing administrative support in the area of Compensation & Benefits (benefits administration, checks, reports);
  • Involvement in the improvement and standardization of payroll and personnel administration processes;
  • Using internal HR systems and reporting tools with Microsoft Office – Excel, Power Point.

What We Are Looking For In You

1–3 years of experience in payroll or personnel administration (experience in a multinational company is an advantage);

Solid knowledge of labor and payroll legislation;

Ability to interpret and apply legislative changes;

Experience with payroll and HR systems;

Use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel – medium level (working with tables, formulas, checks);

Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality of data;

Analytical thinking and good prioritization skills;

Proactivity and responsibility in the process;

Good communication skills and team spirit;

You are open to inter-departmental collaboration;

You communicate well in English, both written and spoken;

You want to develop in the area of payroll and personnel administration.
