Your tasks
- Daily validation and approval of attendance, leave, and OT, roster management across departments, 3P coordination, biometric/facial system administration, and monthly attendance closure.
- Extraction and validation of working data, payroll inputs, invoice processing, and coordination with multiple external vendors, directly impacting timely salary disbursement and vendor payments.
- EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI submissions, voucher preparation, approvals, and strict follow-ups due to limited validity windows.
- Any delay or error exposes the company to penalties, compliance risks, and reputational exposure.
- TimeTrax super admin for enrollment any changes in hierarchy and deletion, BioStar (facial recognition), approver matrix updates, document uploads, and background verification support.
Your profile
- Bachelor's in Human Resource Management
- 3-4 years HR operations experience, preferably within transportation or logistics industry.
- Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- MS Office Proficiency
