We are therefore looking for a new colleague who can contribute to our varied everyday life, as our current HR Business Partner has chosen to seek new challenges.
You will become a part of our HR team consisting of 2 HR Business Partners and 1 HR Assistant and will have a dynamic everyday life with close cooperation internally in HR and across the organization. You will also cooperate with HR colleagues in Europe and at the same time be a natural part of the dialogue with employees and leaders regarding issues within various HR areas.
Your engagement is important in our joint success and you will have a central role, where your success depends on your ability to support and assist management in relation to converting our strategic ambitions into concrete solutions, while at the same time ensuring ongoing high employee engagement and well-being.

You are detail-oriented and thrive with a certain degree of repetitive tasks. The position will have an administrative as well as developmental character, which is why you must thrive with a varied everyday life.

An exciting position where two days are rarely the same. Your working hours will be an average of 37 hours per week excluding lunch, most often placed within normal office hours. But since we have an active operation working 24 hours a day, there may be meetings in the evening – but you have some influence on the location of these.
We strive for a high degree of flexibility, which is why home working days will also be an option.
Workplace: DHL Freight, Banemarksvej 48, 2605 Brøndby.
Your primary workplace will be at our main office in Brøndby, but you will also regularly need to be "on location" at one of our offices in Taulov, Erritsø, or Aalborg. You must therefore thrive with being visible at our 2 terminals and across our office environments.
Expected start: May 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
