Lead the Operations Excellence (OE) function, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering on global agendas within the country/cluster.
Drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide critical input for new business tenders and proposals, leveraging Ops Ex initiatives to capitalize on commercial opportunities with customers.
Represent the OE agenda at the senior management level, emphasizing accountability for OE activities and functions (Safety, Quality Regulatory Assurance, Operational Management System, Labor Management, etc.).
Support effective startups by offering resources, guidance, and strategic advice to optimize operational performance from inception.
Cultivate strong customer relationships throughout the business lifecycle, utilizing management reporting to drive recommendations for improvements and effectively mitigate risks.
Define and drive the VMI strategy, roadmap, and value proposition in Vietnam.
Lead product development and continuous enhancement with IT and Operations, ensuring alignment and KPI performance.
Establish pricing and cost models, supporting sales to achieve sustainable commercial outcomes.
Drive business development through sales enablement, RFX support, and up-/cross-selling opportunities.
Oversee implementation, standardization, and scalability of VMI solutions across sites.
Build and develop local VMI capabilities to support long-term growth.
Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or operations excellence with solid understanding of end-to-end operations.
Proven experience driving results through cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Strategic and commercial mindset with ability to translate business needs into growth and value creation.
Strong capability in product development, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement.
Experience in VMI, inbound-to-manufacturing, or digital supply chain solutions is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills with a track record of continuous improvement.
At least 10 years of experience in contract logistics, supply chain industry.
Bachelor's degree or higher education level.
