As Head of Global White Glove Excellence – Data Center Logistics, you will build and scale an enterprise White Glove capability focused on Data Center Logistics and IT infrastructure deployments-making execution consistent, secure, and measurable across regions and DHL divisions.
You will:
- Build and scale a global White Glove capability for mission-critical data center and IT infrastructure deployments, with a strong understanding of hyperscale expectations.
- Align internal DHL divisions end-to-end: define who does what and where (roles, decision rights, handovers), ensuring one consistent customer experience across the full deployment lifecycle.
- Define and implement the global White Glove service blueprint for Data Center Logistics: scope, standards, quality gates, security controls, escalation paths, and service readiness criteria.
- Bridge on-site deployment and supply chain operations to ensure secure, seamless delivery from transport to final installation (including staging, chain of custody, and cutover requirements).
- Define the partner strategy (qualification, audits, service levels) and manage build/buy/hybrid options to scale globally.
Experience & Profile:
- Proven leadership in Data Center Logistics (DCL) and/or IT infrastructure deployment logistics, ideally in environments serving hyperscale's or large-scale data center operators.
- Strong capability-building experience: translating complex customer requirements into global standards, governance, and a scalable operating model.
- Demonstrated matrix leadership and stakeholder alignment across multiple business units and regions; drives adoption without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of service excellence in mission-critical deployments: quality management, risk controls, and structured incident/escalation management.
- Experience with secure transport, high-value cargo, regulated environments, or premium customer experience programs.
