Graduate Operations Excellence Program

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our 24-month Graduate Operations Excellence Program, designed to develop future leaders in operational excellence across multiple business areas. The program includes five structured rotations, providing broad exposure to operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.

• Very good command of English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Drivers License is essential
• Power BI experience is an advantage

Your responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured development program with five rotations across operational and support functions
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects
• Analyze data and contribute to performance improvement activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Gain hands-on experience in operational environments and project-based work
• Actively participate in projects and contribute to their successful delivery

During the 24-month program, the participant progresses through several development stages within Operations Excellence:

• Trainee – introduction to the organization, operational processes, Lean/OMS FC methodologies, and participation in a shadowing program.
• Ops Excellence Junior Specialist – involvement in process mapping, identification of improvement opportunities, and KPI/data analysis.
• Ops Excellence Specialist – support of Performance Management projects, KPI reporting, and collaboration on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced Ops Excellence Specialist – leading Visual Management and Power BI projects while developing advanced analytical skills.
• CEE Business Metrics & Analytics Specialist – final program review, presentation of achievements, and further development within business analytics.
