Operations Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Manage team performance, training, recruitment, and maintain a high-performance service culture.
- Oversee AFR operational performance and ensure KPI/target achievement.
- Analyze costs, optimize resources, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare operational/statistical reports and ensure compliance with ISO and corporate standards.
- Handle irregular or special cargo cases and support daily operational performance.
- Maintain and develop relationships with major customers.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving business and operational targets.
- Coordinate with Broker Agents, internal teams, and overseas counterparts on operational matters.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective/improvement actions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of DHL business and international trade.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and relevant laws/regulations.
- Good understanding of air documentation, cargo flow, and special cargo handling.
- Familiar with CW1/EDM systems and office software.
- Basic knowledge of customs clearance and project/process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 10 years of logistics industry experience.
