Provide day-to-day administrative support for Freight Forwarding Operation Team
Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for export & import shipment operation. Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement. Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required.
Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Well versed of written & verbal English. Good time management and self-discipline. Good communication skill.
Education Level: University students from any major in their last semesters - logistics or supply chain background will be prioritized. Experience Level: Campus organizational experience, internship experience will be additional value. Internship Period: Ready to commit for 6-12 months internship period. Location: Batam residents or surrounding.
