Your Task

• Handle bounced e-billing, ensure email recipients are correct and timely updated to meet the internal audit requirement
• Gather customer account receivable data and build Power BI dashboard for analytical view
• Design Power Automation of customer communication, including refund and deposit follow up, credit stop alert

Your Profile

• Accounting / Commerce / Finance
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good PC skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
