Field Sales Ocean Specialist

Principal Objective:
You will be the engine that drives the growth of the maritime business through the development of strong relationships with current and potential clients. Your consultative and strategic approach will allow you to offer logistics solutions aligned with the client's needs, generating value and contributing to our global network of excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and develop commercial opportunities with new clients.
- Strengthen the bond with current and potential clients, seeking to increase our participation in their logistics operations.
- Utilize market intelligence tools to plan targeting actions together with management.
- Design and manage business plans, leading the implementation according to specific client needs.
- Offer logistics solutions aligned with the portfolio of services of DHL Global Forwarding, promoting increases in volume and profitability.
- Exchange commercial opportunities with international network offices to address decisions from both ends.
- Work on client retention through joint visits with Management and Product, ensuring comprehensive support.
- Utilize and keep updated the commercial management system (S360).
- Collect relevant market information and share insights with the Maritime team.
- Participate in RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and collaborate with the correct client implementation (SLA / SOP).
Requirements:
- Experience of at least 3 years in similar roles within the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Hunter profile with high work capacity.
- Professional in Foreign Trade or related fields.
- Good understanding of the industry sector, its products (maritime, air, land, customs, etc.) and commercial models.
- Advanced handling of the English language, written and spoken (exclusive).
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Teamwork and good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Facility for communication.
- Ability to work under pressure.
