Field Sales Executive In Trondheim
Will you become part of our team as a Field Sales Executive in Trondheim? We are currently looking for a Field Sales Executive in Trondheim. This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in DHL's continued growth journey. The main purpose of the position is to develop and manage a portfolio consisting of global and local key customers while being our strategic representative in the region.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Representing DHL in industry associations, at trade fairs, and networking events to strengthen our position in the market.
- Managing and developing your portfolio to maintain and expand DHL's position as a market leader.
- Achieving individual sales targets while meeting the needs of key customers.
- Leading and being responsible for the growth and development of a portfolio of existing and potential customers (prospects) by building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Developing and implementing an approach to win opportunities from competitors and potential customers. Establishing a prospect list to support this approach and create objectives for them.
- Monitoring customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuations, and customer relationships where there is a risk. Taking appropriate corrective actions internally, as well as with the customer.
- Promoting DHL's brand image and values through your own appearance and behavior, reflecting DHL's high standards and contributing to the development of a good customer relationship.
- Familiarizing yourself with and utilizing DHL Express's sales methods, having knowledge of the customer's situation, and sharing relevant insights.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and strategic sales.
- Higher education at the Bachelor's/Master's level in a relevant field.
- Experience from the transport or logistics industry is an advantage.
- Experience with commercial processes, negotiations, and customer management.
- Networking in relevant industries and experience with relationship building.
- Solid PC skills; Excel and PowerPoint are important.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English at a professional business level, both written and spoken.
