Field Sales Executive (M/W/D)

For our sales team in Mannheim, we are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive (m/w/d) on an indefinite full-time basis. These challenges await you with us:
- You independently acquire new customers in the defined customer segment.
- You advise and support new and existing customers in the air and sea freight area with a focus on the air freight product.
- The creation and calculation of offers according to customer requirements are part of your tasks.
- You utilize and process customer information in the DGF CRM system.
- You collect all relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ process and prepare all necessary documents for customer implementation and operational handover (SLAs, SOPs).
- In addition, you create presentations in German and English.
- The management and coordination of sales events are also part of your responsibilities.
- You conduct permanent market observation and evaluation.
- Personal and telephone customer support is part of your duties.
- The correspondence with customers, DHL houses, and partners in German and English completes your profile.
We wish for you:
- Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, study in the logistics sector or equivalent training/work experience.
- Several years of sales experience.
- Product knowledge in air and sea freight with a focus on air freight.
- Solid and current market knowledge.
- Regional travel readiness.
- Very good English skills (spoken and written).
- Good EDPCV and PC skills (M365, especially PowerPoint).
- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, team skills, resilience, organizational talent.
