For the sales area, we are looking for a results-oriented Field Sales Executive / Sales Representative in the field for the Hamburg location on an indefinite full-time basis.

These challenges await you with us:

• You are responsible for acquiring new customers in the defined customer segment
• You support and advise new and existing customers in the air and sea freight sector
• Offer creation and calculation according to customer requirements are part of your tasks
• For the RFI/RFP/RFQ process, you collect all relevant customer information and process it in the CRM system
• You prepare all necessary documents for customer implementation and for operational handover (SLAs, SOPs)
• You create professional presentations in German and English
• In addition, you manage and coordinate sales events
• Permanent market observation and corresponding evaluation are part of your tasks
• You support customers personally and by phone
• The correspondence with customers, DHL houses, and partners in German and English completes your profile

We wish the following from you:

• Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, study in the logistics sector or comparable training
• Several years of sales experience and product knowledge in air and sea freight
• Solid and current market knowledge
• Very good German and English skills
• Good PC skills (M365, CRM)
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking
• Proactive, structured, and self-responsible working method
