Field Sales Representative

About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them optimize their supply chains through DHL Express solutions. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new opportunities, and consistently exceed sales targets while contributing to DHL's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a defined territory of customer accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand customer needs and design customized logistics solutions
- Negotiate and close profitable contracts aligned with company objectives
- Drive account growth and exceed sales targets through proactive planning and execution
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to build long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Stay up to date with market trends and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in a sales role within international logistics company
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management and business intelligence tools
- Strong knowledge of modern approach to sales processes and CRM systems
