Field Sales Representative

DHL Express is seeking a driven and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored logistics solutions that support business growth.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them optimize their supply chains through DHL Express solutions. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new opportunities, and consistently exceed sales targets while contributing to DHL's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a defined territory of customer accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs and design customized logistics solutions
  • Negotiate and close profitable contracts aligned with company objectives
  • Drive account growth and exceed sales targets through proactive planning and execution
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to build long-term loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Stay up to date with market trends and identify new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Strong ability to act as a consultant and resolve challenges professionally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of business awareness and sales drive
  • Ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and close deals
  • 4+ years of experience in international company
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems
  • Proven records of sales results, growth initiatives and success stories

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience in a sales role within international logistics company
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management and business intelligence tools
  • Strong knowledge of modern approach to sales processes and CRM systems
