Executive Sales
The sales executive will be responsible for developing and managing field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, improve customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion in a defined geographic region, product line, or market segment, in accordance with the business strategy, financial objectives, and group guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external sales plans and processes, including contributing to sales forecasts, budgets, among others.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in a defined geographic region, product line, or market segment.
- Secure new business and expand the current customer base through recurring orders.
- Respond to requests, solve problems, promote, and market products and services.
- Identify and contact potential clients, developing relationships to generate future sales and loyalty.
- Understand the profile and needs of clients and suggest suitable products, services, or alternatives.
- Develop and present commercial proposals, product presentations, and demonstrations to clients.
- Follow up on leads, draft sales terms, and close deals, connecting client needs to DHL solutions.
- Present new products and promotions to clients and implement marketing campaigns when appropriate.
- Build relationships and trust with clients, demonstrating knowledge of their businesses and markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, and service management, to enhance sales and customer retention.
- Support customer retention through post-sales follow-up, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided, providing relevant information, and offering additional services.
- Identify problems outside of your immediate scope and adjust work methods as necessary.
- Convince external parties—such as skeptical clients or institutions—that initially show resistance or require standardized and mandatory decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Higher education in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, and related courses;
Advanced English;
Spanish will be considered a plus;
Active CNH B;
Availability for travel;
Work location: Hybrid – Ribeirão Preto - SP
