We are seeking applications for the position of "Executive OMS". The incumbent will be responsible in managing relationships with key customers in various tasks and handling day-to-day shipments & operational activities of Ocean Freight - Order Management Solution (OMS) in the most efficient, smooth, and productive manner to meet KPIs, service deliverables & customer expectations.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Submit Electronic Shipping Instructions (ESI) to shipping lines and consolidators.
• Prepare Master Bill of Lading (MBL), House Bill of Lading (HBL), and Forwarders Cargo Receipt (FCR) as required.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Ensure the timely dispatch of documents related to shipping and logistics.
• Oversee daily operations and transactions within the forwarding area, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to review and analyze customer complaints, implementing solutions as necessary.
• Perform data entry tasks in systems such as ISC+, INX, and GSC to maintain accurate records.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in related field.
• Strong command on MS Office.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree required in the relevant field.
