Logistics Coordinator
Main Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with carriers/suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor specific carrier performance
- Liaise with the stations to ensure the booking process is timely
- Achieve operation quality
- Warehouse stuffing & customs clearance monitoring for LCL shipment
- Proactively solve any problems during LCL operation process
- Provide monthly performance report
- Work to optimize for high efficiency
- Make sure correct doc and data transaction with no extra cost on data amendment
- Ensure gateway operational practices and procedures are compliant with Corp operation policies
- Ensure adherence to ISO standard
Requirements:
- College degree or above, major not restricted; candidates with relevant educational backgrounds will be given preference
- 2–3 years of work experience, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Familiar with ocean freight operations, particularly LCL processes, and able to support customer success with strong service awareness
- Capable of driving high team performance and providing clear direction for operational objectives
- Possesses basic financial knowledge and is able to understand cost- and data-related matters relevant to the role
- Understands the basic requirements of ISO audits and maintains strong quality awareness
- Good command of written and reading English to handle daily communication and documentation
