Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR compliance.
- Develop and recommend HR solutions to support operational performance.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Assist with foreign worker administration, including hostel audits and statutory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, transport, fleet operations, manufacturing, or other operations-driven environments.
- Hands-on exposure to employee relations, disciplinary handling, foreign worker management and HR compliance.
- Experience supporting frontline / blue-collar workforce and high-volume headcount.
- Proficient in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
