Job Title
Responsibilities:
Support business customers with day-to-day operational and technical queries in a timely manner.
Assist warehouse teams with operational and technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Coordinate with carriers for distribution-related issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Monitor the end-to-end fulfillment cycle from Inbound to Last Mile Delivery.
Proactively highlight incidents or potential risks to management.
Monitor inventory levels and update stakeholders regularly.
Support warehouse stock-take activities and audits.
Collaborate with customer supply chain teams, warehouse teams, and fulfillment management to improve service delivery.
Prepare operational reports and run analysis for customers and management.
Maintain proper documentation and manage claims processes.
Support new customer implementations and testing of new features.
Work closely with IT teams for system issues and enhancements.
Identify technology gaps and suggest improvements in processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Fulfillment Operations or eCommerce.
Hands-on experience with Vinculum (preferred).
Experience in warehouse or fulfillment center backend support and customer service.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure for eCommerce platforms.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
