Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day administrative support for activities such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, etc. for board department and/or cross divisional projects.
Perform assigned tasks of generally repetitive nature to support other team members.
Undertake tasks such as data gathering, entering and validation.
Gather standard and readily available data for formulations of recommendation, decision papers and presentations.
Undertake preparation of routine reports and updates for decision papers and recommendations.
Enter and share routine information regarding results, analysis, etc. to keep teams updated.
Maintain and update files according to standard procedures.
Follow and achieve compliance with set processes and policies.
Check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance.
PMO
Establishes and maintains project management standards, governance, and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Provides oversight, reporting, and support to project teams, aligns projects with business strategy, and enables informed decision-making through portfolio management and performance tracking.
Key capabilities/Competencies/Expected years of experience
At least 10 years of working experience, preferably from logistics experience in Freight Forwarding.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point.
Proficiency in English verbally and in written.
Have responsibility on the assigned task & work independently (minimal supervision).
Positive mindset (able to adapt to changes).
Fast learner & proactive.
Educational Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or related subject.
