We're now looking for a European Operations Administrator!

A typical day may involve:

• Co-ordinating & processing of multi-modal collections and deliveries and communications between supplier, customer and service providers within strategic and tactical transport solutions
• Creating new jobs, updating trackers and spreadsheets and providing clear and accurate email updates to the customer as well as wider LLP
• Ensuring production / materials moved in line with strategic and tactical plan, to deliver best in class transport solutions
• Ensuring all departmental day to day tasks and data entry are timely executed
• Liaising with carriers to ensure pre-arranged transport from the contingency plan, sourcing other carriers where required to smooth out the collection plan as much as possible
• Liaise with Billing/Payable Team to ensure correct cost recovery against the responsible party and any subsequent invoicing requirements

This role would suit people who:

• Have previous administration experience
• Are IT literate, with Microsoft Office packages, Excel
• Are strong communicators
