We are looking for an engaged and proactive colleague for our NTBO team (Part & Full Load) at DHL Freight Denmark. Here you will have the opportunity to shape your own workday and quickly see the results of your work – all in close collaboration with skilled and supportive colleagues.

As a part of our NTBO dispatch team, you will handle PTL and FTL dispatching with a special focus on traffic to and from Norden. We believe that good purchasing and a focus on ambitious goals are the keys to our success, and we want you to actively contribute your ideas and experience to optimize our transports.

Your primary tasks:

• Dispatching of trucks with a focus on transports in Norden
• Buying and selling of transports, and collaborating with our Nordic colleagues
• Communication with truck drivers, chauffeurs, and international partners
• Optimization of trucks and trailers with a focus on costs and unloading rate
• Handling of operational tasks, including follow-up on finances and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Experience with PTL & FTL dispatching with direct experience with transport to and from Sweden
• Natural flair for purchasing and business understanding
• A solid network in the industry
• Strong IT skills and the ability to navigate different systems
• Structured and duty-driven, motivated by an ambitious growth strategy
• Fluent Danish and English; Norwegian or Swedish is an advantage

Workplace: DHL Freight, Banemarksvej 48, 2605 Brøndby

Your working time will be an average of 37 hours per week between 07.00 - 17.00. The exact working time will be planned together. We want the position filled as soon as possible. Due to the Christmas holidays, we expect to hold interviews in week 2, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate since we need your expertise to achieve our goals.
