This role is pivotal in supporting transportation projects and tenders, strengthening organizational knowledge, building technical expertise, and establishing robust operational standards. You will play a key role in shaping best-in-class transportation practices for our growing Data Center logistics business—from private "white glove" fleet development and carrier procurement through to execution excellence—while ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.
Working regionally and collaborating globally, you will drive continuous improvement across transportation operations, lead the implementation of new processes and enabling technologies, standardize documentation and operating procedures, and develop training to ensure teams can deliver high-quality transportation services confidently and consistently.

Required Education and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent 4 years work experience, required
•9 + years in data center logistics/transportation, infrastructure or related roles, required
•Experience sourcing and managing fleet solutions for data center customers inclusive of dedicated fleet and contract carrier solutions, required
•Proven expertise in data center logistics services with a focus on equipment handling, transportation, server rack assembly, installation, required
•Strong knowledge of data center operating and compliance standards, required
•Commercial experience (costing, pricing, P&L management), required
•Strong project management and leadership skills, required
•Ability to develop SOPs and training programs, required
•Excellent communication skills for customer-facing engagements, required
