Join us as a Direct Sales Supervisor. This is an ideal role for an experienced sales leader who wants to develop a team and at the same time have a real impact on business results.

Your tasks:

  • Managing and motivating the team – planning work, monitoring results, and providing ongoing support.
  • Achieving team sales goals through active management of the sales pipeline and planning sales activities.
  • Training and developing the team, including onboarding new people, conducting coaching sessions, and analyzing individual results.
  • Planning and executing the sales strategy in the Direct Sales channel, in line with the company's goals.
  • Monitoring the market and analyzing competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Supporting the team in key negotiations and meetings with clients.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, marketing, or customer service, to ensure the highest quality service.
  • Reporting on sales results, analyzing efficiency, and recommending process improvements.

We are looking for a person who:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of experience in team management.
  • Loves people and can build team engagement.
  • Has the energy of a leader and can inspire action.
  • Thinks analytically but acts practically.
  • Can combine a strategic view with daily operational work.
