About the business in Växjö

At the terminal in Växjö, around 50 employees work, of which 7 are in management and administration. Every day we handle around 20,000 pallets, with a distribution area covering Kronoberg, Blekinge, and parts of northern Skåne.

Deliveries and pickups are handled by 4 teams with a total of around 50 drivers. There is a high pace, strong loading, and pride in that our work has a direct impact on community flows.

Your duties

As site manager, you lead, develop, and create conditions for a safe and well-functioning operation. The role is both strategic and operational, and you have great responsibility – but also great room for action.

You will:

• Plan, lead, and follow up the operational and strategic business
• Ensure quality, productivity, and a structured improvement work
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, teams, and internal partners
• Set clear goals and coach and support your team to reach them
• Follow up profitability and ensure that costs stay within budget
• Implement and anchor processes, policies, and business initiatives locally
• Drive development work together with the local management group

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is a confident leader with the ability to create engagement, job satisfaction, and structure. You thrive in a varied pace and are motivated by developing both people and business.

We would like to see that you have:

• Relevant education, preferably at university level with a focus on logistics or equivalent
• Several years of documented leadership experience
• Ability to work process-oriented and drive improvements
• Good communication skills and relationship-building approach
• Good knowledge of Office365
• English in speech and writing (group language)
