About the business in Växjö
At the terminal in Växjö, around 50 employees work, of which 7 are in management and administration. Every day we handle around 20,000 pallets, with a distribution area covering Kronoberg, Blekinge, and parts of northern Skåne.
Deliveries and pickups are handled by 4 teams with a total of around 50 drivers. There is a high pace, strong loading, and pride in that our work has a direct impact on community flows.
Your duties
As site manager, you lead, develop, and create conditions for a safe and well-functioning operation. The role is both strategic and operational, and you have great responsibility – but also great room for action.
