Major Account Executive DHL Freight Field Sales Mitt

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Build relationships that make a difference: You will be the face to our customers and create long-term relationships with them. Your strategic thinking and commitment will contribute greatly to their success.
  • By identifying and processing potential customers, you will contribute to our growth and development.
  • Listen and understand customers' needs and offer customized transport solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • You will have clear sales goals and appreciate competing and being innovative in your efforts to achieve the goals.

Profile and background

You are a person with a clear business acumen, you are independent and relationship-building, responsive and with a strong drive. You have the courage to challenge yourself and others and have a very good planning and administrative ability. You have a habit of driving projects independently or in collaboration with others. You have the ability to create and maintain successful customer teams. Other expectations and meritorious experiences:

  • Documented experience in service sales and contract writing within B2B/B2C for at least 10 years
  • Experience in the logistics industry and good knowledge of transport services
  • Higher education and post-secondary education
  • Very good skills in MS Office, mainly Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Very good skills and previous experience with CRM tools
  • Very good language skills in Swedish as well as in English

The role reports to the Sales Manager for Area FS Mitt. The position is a permanent employment (probationary employment applies) on 100% full-time with immediate start. Your location will preferably be one of our offices in Örebro, Eskilstuna or Norrköping.
