Customer Service E-Com/Partner Support Advisor

DHL Freight Sweden in Ljusdal is located at DHL Express AB customer service premises. Here we support our customers who have one of DHL Freight's e-solutions, as well as support to all our approximately 2000 service point representatives around Sweden. We are a small group so here it is important that you want to work as a team to thrive. The team consists of 8 advisors.

Job duties and responsibilities

You will work in a team with many different tasks and challenges where service is the key. We support our customers and representatives Monday to Friday between 08:00-17:00 where questions can be of both technical and service nature and then broad competence is required. Trained continuously. Support both via calls and e-mail.

Profile and background

To succeed in this job, you need to have a great service sense and a willingness to take on challenges and develop in line with the company and our services.

As a Customer Service e-Com/Partner Support Advisor, you work within a broad area.

Qualities that characterize you as a person:

  • Calm, confident and willing to work in a team with a great team spirit.
  • Good computer skills and technically interested.
  • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English verbally and in writing. Experience in technical support is meritorious, but not required. The position is a temporary position with 100% service degree. The position is located in Ljusdal.
