DHL Freight's Customer Service in Jönköping is responsible for all customer service regarding our international products. We are about 50 employees working in the office. We handle inquiries that relate to both before, during, and after transport via phone, mail, and chat from customers and our DHL offices in Europe. For us, availability and customer service are important so that we can deliver a positive customer experience. Therefore, customer focus and your commitment as an employee are extremely important to us!

Job duties and responsibilities You get a developing and exciting role where you handle customer contacts via phone, mail, and chat.

The role involves:

• Handling questions from our corporate customers and partners regarding international transports.
• System usage to best provide service and quick problem solving.

• Working closely with other functions within DHL Freight to strengthen ties and cooperation within the organization in order to work on constant improvements.
• Teamwork.

Your main tools in the role are phone, computer, and your ability to communicate, therefore you are used to working in various computer systems and like to have many tasks running simultaneously.

Profile and background

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

High school education or equivalent

Good computer and system skills

Communicate very well in Swedish and English verbally and in writing

1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar areas is meritorious
