Customer Service Representative

DHL Freight's Customer Service in Växjö is responsible for all customer service regarding our domestic products. We are about 140 employees who work on Smedjegatan. We handle inquiries that relate to both before, during, and after transport via phone, mail, and chat from customers and recipients located throughout Sweden. Currently, we are looking for employees for our frontline department, where about 90 people work today. We have a workplace where you get the opportunity to grow together with your department and our entire customer service. We have divided the customer's questions into different knowledge areas. Duties and Responsibilities You will have a developing and exciting role where you handle customer contacts via phone, mail, and chat. The role involves receiving incoming calls regarding our domestic/international products from our corporate customers and private individuals. Learn to use our systems to best provide service and quick problem solving. We also work closely with other functions within Customer Service as well as DHL Freight as a whole, to strengthen ties and cooperation within DHL Freight to work on constant improvements. Your main tools in the role are the phone, computer, and your ability to communicate, therefore you are used to working in various systems in data environments and like to have many tasks running at the same time.

Profile and Background To succeed in this role, we see that you have: High school education or equivalent Good computer and system skills Communicate well in Swedish and English in speech and writing Approved extract from the police's criminal record 1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar areas is meritorious The following characterizes you as a person: Positive and engaged Burns to work in a team and help others Empathetic to others' needs Good communication skills Structured Stress-tolerant Solution-oriented We are looking for several candidates with 100% service. The position is located in Växjö.
