Customer Success Support

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Support employee who wants to be part of a dynamic team focused on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that ensure their success. In this newly created position, you will play a central role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, while contributing to our overall goal of growth and satisfaction.

Your primary tasks:

  • Tariff management, registration, and maintenance
  • Sales support, link between operations, sales, and customers
  • Customer onboarding, you contribute to making customers feel welcome and valued
  • Voice of the customer, follow-up and improvement initiatives are identified and initiated
  • Analysis of relevant data for business development

Professional qualifications:

  • Excel – Super user
  • Experience with logistics is an advantage in the position
  • Experience with sales force is an advantage in the position
  • Experience from business support, the glue that makes it all hang together

Workplace: DHL Freight, Håndværkervej 23, 7000 Fredericia

Your working hours will typically be 37 hours per week between 07.00 - 17.00. The specific working hours will be planned together.

We want the position filled as soon as possible, but realistically it will be March 1, 2026. We are waiting for the right candidate, as we need your expertise to achieve our goals.
