Responsibilities:
- Work in customer service call center, manage calls from customer service hotline, email, and live chat and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers.
- Handle order booking and shipment tracking to provide a one-stop solution.
- Seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities of valued added services.
- Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards.
Requirements:
- Passed the G.C.E Advanced Level.
- Customer service experience is an advantage, school leavers will also be considered.
- Good communication and telephone skills.
- Able to work on shifts.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
