DHL SUPPLY CHAIN France (2,000 employees) is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support the Projects Department in the implementation of logistics projects, based in Paris.
About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager and act as a key link between project leadership and operational teams. This role is essential to ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and consistent communication across all project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact between the project team and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure that operational teams clearly understand project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for internal teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new operational solutions.
Profile & Skills
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and operational environment.
Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
Position Based In
La Plaine Saint Denis (93) - Perimeter France, travel is to be expected in France and during project deployments: 2 to 3 nights per week.
Remote work possible: 1 day per week depending on project requirements
After graduating from a business or engineering school, you will have 3 to 4 years' experience in logistics operations in an international group. You ideally have one certification in program / project management (PMI, ITIL, PRINCE2…).
You have a good command of project management tools to ensure planning, costing, budget monitoring, risk identification and management, etc.
You have good knowledge of the logistics business as well as project management. Ideally, you have already worked as an MOA project manager with a shipper, 3PL or within a consulting firm.
