DHL Express Mexico is looking for a Coordinator of Financial Planning, Budgets and Capex to work within the Finance area.

Objective of the Position:

Generate deliverables with reliable and solid information for decision-making for the Ground Select product in the operational and financial part to achieve a balance in productivity, profitability, and investments.

Generate trust and communication channels with stakeholders to work As One in initiatives, budget, forecast estimates, and investments.

Provide visibility of the risks and opportunities that may arise, as well as the spending and profitability of the new product.

Elaboration of BCA's (Business Case Analysis) for the approval of the opening of new facilities, including financial evaluation of the project.

Generate analysis of unit costs, volume, and trends.

Tasks:

  • Coordination and management of BCA related to the Ground Select product.
  • Tracking of the execution of investments related to Ground Select
  • Review of monthly expenses, variations vs AOP and LY.
  • Generation of profitability reports for the Ground Select product
  • Generation of annual budget and monthly forecast.
  • KPIs for the correct financial performance of Ground Select

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in cost areas, budget, or related.
  • Intermediate – Advanced English (essential)
  • Teamwork.
  • Effective communication with other teams.
  • Leadership skills towards other teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP management.
  • Analytical.
  • Planning and Organization.
  • Prioritization.
  • Resilient.
